WOODEN BUTTON

Wood Buttons Boxwoods are evergreen shrubs or small trees with small and leathery leaves but insignificant flowers,which require long growing time Though it is very short, yet it is very hard. It only reaches 3 meters after forty to fifty years and the diameter of it is also no more than 10 centimeters . Because it's difficult to grow to big trees and have limitation of material. It is often considered as superior woods. With the wood texture smooth and full of quality sense ,it is a perfect material for wood cutting and making natural buttons.

COROZO BUTTON

Corozo nut,or known as tagua nut is made from the dried and polished nuts of palms in South America  It does not require synthetic or harmful chemicals to produce with its hard body and natural colour ,it resembles the characteristics of ivory,People commonly called it as Corozo nut "The outside of it is thick and inside is as white as ivory. The texture is very hard ,smooth and moist,very comfortable to feeling is aesthetically unique. All products come from nature, thus each piece will have its own natural grain pattern In recent years, improvements in production techniques and efficiency have lowered the cost difference between Corozo and plastic buttons. Corozo products are now cheaper and more affordable, therefore it has become a very attractive material selection for fashion designers who want distinguishable and environmentally conscious products for their garments.

BUFFALO BUTTON

Buffalo horn button They can be measured up to 6ft at the shoulder. Most of the buffaloes have horns Buffaloes have Permanent thick horns that sweep in an outward curve back to ward the shoulders and may extend up to 1.2M( 3.9ft)from tip to tip-The shape of buffalo horn is conic with a little flat and curve. Its surface is brown black and gray black,tapering on top of it and has vertical lines, which is very hard,It is the perfect material for high-grand buttons  which are often hailed by producers of clothes.

UREA BUTTON

Urea button the main raw material is Urea. These types of buttons are very resistant to heat treatment, dry cleanable , impact , wear , and therefore they are not burning. urea button are often the primary choice for suit and military uniforms production

Metal button Brass and zinc as the main raw materials. Metal buttons come in a tremendous variety of colors. Brass buttons are often seen on uniforms or blazers. Because brass has a soft property, embossing or cutting processes are frequently used for production.  used for jeans and denim clothing.
